We believe every career can be intentional. The Model Mentorship Program (MMP) and Model Mentorship Community (MMC) exist to equip the next generation of professionals with the clarity, tools, and connections to build careers that matter.

Model Mentorship Program

An intensive 8-week virtual masterclass. Four phases covering career foundations, pivoting, professional branding, and interview mastery. Each week features a guest speaker from a world-class organisation, hands-on workshops, and peer accountability. You leave with a polished CV, an optimised LinkedIn, mock interview experience, and a 90-day action plan.

Community

Model Mentorship Community

Every MMP graduate joins the MMC — a lifelong peer network. Monthly guest sessions, a job opportunities board, quarterly accountability check-ins, and annual meetups. The program ends after 8 weeks. The community never does. Your cohort becomes your career tribe.
